- 2 manzanas Rojas grandes
- 1 pechuga de pato o Magret
- 1/2 cebolla o 2 chalotas
- 1 chupito brandy
- Romero fresco o provenzales

- 2 cucharaditas aceite de oliva
- 250 ml. caldo de pollo
- 2 dientes Ajo
- sal
- pimienta
- mezcla de frutos secos y pasas (opcional)

- Preparamos todos los ingredientes.


- Troceamos la pechuga de pato y los ajos.


- Picamos a cuchillo o como yo en la Thermomix(mejor a cuchillo o que te la pique el carnicero), me quedo un poquito demasiado picado y no interesa que quede tanto 😥


- Cortamos nuestra cebolla o las chalotas en trocitos pequeños y ponemos a sofreír.

- Añadimos nuestra carne, las cebollas y los frutos secos y pasas y cocinamos a fuego lento.



- Vamos a cortar la manzana de forma que nos quede una tapa y vamos a vaciar la manzana para hacer nuestro recipiente.



- Untamos toda la manzana con mantequilla derretida.


- Añadimos a nuestra carne la manzana que nos quedo de hacer los cuencos en trocitos pequeños y pasamos a flambear todo con brandy.


- Cuando se apague la llama añadimos el caldo las especias, sal y pimienta y a fuego lento dejamos que se cocine.



- Una vez la carne este doradita y con caldo vamos a retirar el caldo reservando y rellenamos las manzanas, las llevamos al horno a 160° 20 minutos.



- Colamos el caldo que teníamos reservado y hacemos una salsa con una cucharadita de maicena. Servimos nuestras manzanas con ensalada. también puedes ponerlas con puré de patata y la salsa por encima. 😋👍😉
