- 1 kgr pasta de fideuá
- 2,5 litros fumet (ya preparado lo tenía)
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra

- Comenzamos echando en la paellera toda la pasta de fideuá y a fuego medio, dándole vueltas, lo doramos hasta que se ponga marrón sin quemarse y lo reservamos.

- A continuación echamos nuestros mariscos y con un poco de aceite los hacemos un poco (como si fuese sellarlos y también los reservamos.

- En la misma paellera, echamos la cebolla y ajos bien picaditos y los pochamos un poco.
- Una vez pochamos, le ponemos una cucharadita de pimentón y revolvemos rápidamente, ya que se quema fácil y amarga mucho.
- Ahora echamos el tomate natural triturado t continuamos revolviendo para que se impregnen los sabores.
- Es hora de añadir nuestros mariscos y revolverlos bien (este caso nuestro calamar ya que en la familia había un alérgico y no pude poner más) y guarde los gambones para ponerlos más tarde.
- Ahora eche nuestra pasta fideuá y seguido el fumet bien caliente.

- Con una espumadera, lo repartimos bien y ponemos el fuego fuerte durante 5 minutos
- Como habéis podido ver, hasta ahora no le hemos puesto sal y este es el momento de probar y rectificar de sal si es necesario ya que el marisco le aporta algo.
- Una vez rectificado de sal y transcurridos los 5 minutos, bajamos a fuego medio y lo tenemos otros 5 minutos le colocamos nuestros gambones y estará terminada mi fideuá

- Dejamos reposar 5 minutos y estará lista para COMER

- Seguir un poco el tiempo de cocción de la pasta ya que en mi caso, ponía 10 minutos pero hay veces pone entre 18-20 minutos. Y entonces lo tendremos 10 minutos fuego fuerte y 10 y 10 fuego medio
