- Añadir el fumet caliente y al fuego 10 minutos.. se añade las gambas y almejas, dejar consumir el caldo

- Por último se pone en el horno para dorar los fideos unos cinco minutos solo fuego de arriba... un poco de allioli y listo para comer!!
