- Cuando el alcohol se haya evaporado agregamos la panceta que habíamos reservado, removemos y dejamos a fuego medio un par de minutos. Añadimos los fideos y cocinamos, sin incorporar el caldo, durante unos minutos, removiendo para que no se pegue.



- Incorporamos el caldo o el agua y la pastilla de caldo de pollo, removemos y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio unos cinco minutos.
