- Primero abrimos los mejillones en una olla con un pelín de agua y por otro lado en una sartén abrimos las almejas.y reservamos.y rallamos el tomate y lo mezclamos con el pimentón y reservamos.

- Ponemos una sartén al fuego con aceite freímos las gambas y reservamos.

- Ponemos los calamares cortados a trocitos y freímos hasta que cogan un poco de color y reservamos.

- Añadimos los 4 dientes de ajo en láminas y los freímos un poco hasta que cojan un poco de color.

- Cuando hayan cogido un poco de color añadimos la cebolla bien picadita e iremos pochando.

- La vamos dejando que vaya cogiendo color poco a poco si vemos que se nos va a quemar iremos añadiendo chorritos de agua las veces que sea necesario.

- Cuando veamos que la textura es como la de la mermelada esque habremos llegado al punto que queríamos.Aproximadamente yo estuve como 20min pochandola

- Entonces añadiremos el tomate que previamente habremos rallado.y lo vamos mezclando.

- Cuando el tomate haya perdido el agua añadiremos los calamares troceados.

- Y ahora es el momento de añadir el vino blanco mezclamos y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol.

- Añadimos los fideos mezclamos y añadimos las almejas y los mejillones y el caldo de pescado y dejamos que se vaya haciendo durante 20min.

- Pasado el tiempo añadimos las gambas y terminamos la cocción en el horno a 220grados calor arriba y abajo durante 10 min más.

- Y listooo!!!Yo lo puse acompañados de un all y oli de leche!
