- Yo le pongo menos agua que la que pone en la bolsa de fideuá ya que me gusta que quede no muy caldoso
- Ideal acompañarlo con ajo (huevo, 1 ajo, 200 ml aceite girasol y pizca de sal...ligar con batidora) y vino
