  4. Cuando los calamares estén tiernos incorporar la Fideuá y la pastilla de caldo de pescado de Avecrem desmenuzada y reducir la temperatura al mínimo dejándolo cocer durante unos 15 minutos removiéndolo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue.
  5. Cinco minutos antes de terminar la cocción añadir las gambas peladas y si hace falta añadir un poco de agua.
  6. No debe quedar ni seco, ni muy caldoso.
