  5. Sabores intregrados sin ninguno quemado, pondremos los fideos finos y los sofreímos mezclandolos con el resto de ingredientes.

Al ser la olla a presión y fideos finos, pondremos 3 sacacaldos de caldo de pescado (hemos puesto 2 de pasta), para sacarlo melosito y 2 si te gusta seco.
  7. Tapar la olla a presión y una vez empiece a sacar vapor, bajar el fuego al mínimo y dejar unos 5 minutos.
  8. Dejar reposar, destapar y a servir calentito.
