    Espolvorear las soletas con el azúcar glass y hornear a 180°C por 10 min o hasta que estén doradas.
  3. Jarabe de café:
    Colocar el agua con el café soluble y dejar hervir. Lo usaremos ya que este frío.
  4. Paté a bombe:
    Poner a fuego bajo el azúcar y el agua hasta que formen pequeñas burbujas y al hacer la prueba quede suave.
  5. Montamos yemas y agregamos el paté a bombe en forma de hilo y agregar la mezcla al queso crema previamente acremado y agregar la grenetina hidratada y mezclamos.
  6. Montaje:
    Tomar como base unas soletas sumergidas en jarabe de café agregar la mezcla y repetir hasta lograr el tamaño deseado.
  7. Colocar cocoa en la parte superior y decorar con algunas soletas.
