  1. Antes que nada hidratamos la gelatina sin sabor con un poco de agua. Dejamos que tome bien el agua y recién ahí lo ponemos en el micro por 30 segundos. Capaz que un poquito más también.
  2. En un bowl mezclamos la crema con el queso crema y el azúcar y la cucharada de cafe, si les gusta con más gusto le ponen un poquito mas. Cuando la gelatina este disuelta e hidratada la incorporamos a la mezcla. Que quede una crema espesa pero que se pueda manejar. OJO que no se les vaya a cortar.
  3. En un fuente grande y onda empezamos a armar: mojamos las vainillas en café pero que no quede empapada y las colocamos al fondo de la fuente, le pones crema y chocolate rallado. Y así van siguiendo los mismo pasos hasta que se les quede sin crema.
  4. Mi hermana entre las vainillas y la crema le pone dulce de leche y queda buenisimo pero yo no tenía en este momento y lo hice simple.
  5. Llevar al frío y servir!!!
