- Después mezclamos el queso mascarpone con las yemas y el azúcar removiendo con movimientos envolventes suavemente hasta integrarlo por completo.


- Después ya mezclamos las claras con el resto y seguimos con los movimientos envolventes hasta integrarlo completamente.


- Por último en un recipiente colocamos una tira de bizcochos de soletilla y vamos mojándolos con el café y el Ron que previamente hemos mezclado en un bol o vaso con una cucharilla y después ponemos una capa de crema.



- Repetimos añadiremos otra capa de bizcochos y otra de crema y terminados poniendo el cacao en polvo por encima.



- Lo dejamos reposar mínimo 8 horas. Yo si puedo lo dejo 1 día en el frigorífico y lo sacamos antes de comer unos 15 minutos y ponemos un poco más de cacao y a disfrutar!! Espero que os guste!! 🤗
