Se cubre el fondo de un molde desmontable pero sin base (o en una fuente) una capa de bizcochos y lo mojamos con el café, se espolvorea con el cacao y se pone una poca de mezcla que teníamos en el frigo cubriendo los bizcochos, se pone otra capa de bizcochos pintamos con el café, espolvorear con el cacao y encima la mezcla así hasta completar el molde, alisamos la superficie y guardar en el frigorífico unas horas para que cuaje.
- Cuando se saque del molde adornar con las fresas partidas por la mitad y a disfrutarlo.
