- Para mojar el bizcocho:
- 35 ml café con leche cargado
- al gusto Amaretto

- Precalentar el horno a 180° engrasar los moldes que no sean muy altos
- Empezamos con el bizcochuelo de chocolate, también divino para acompañar con café. Batimos uno a uno los huevos, poco a poco ir agregando el azúcar
- Aparte cernir la harina, el cacao y agregar a el polvo de hornear y la nuez moscada
- Cuando hayamos batido bien los huevos con el azúcar y aclare, añadir la mezcla de harina con una paleta o batidor de mano de forma envolvente, de manera que no elimine las burbujas
- Una vez que la mezcla este lista, verter rápidamente a nuestro/s molde/s y llevar al horno por 35 minutos o cuando introduzcas el palito salga limpio
- Al salir del horno dejar enfriar, cortar en bizcochitos de unos 10 cm y reservar en la nevera.
- Para la mezcla de mascarpone (puede ser queso crema), batir la clara con una batidora, luego añadir una a una las yemas, incorporar el mascarpone, el azúcar pulverizada y la vainilla, reservar.
- Para el relleno a base de chocolate, derretir la barra de bitter con un poco de leche a fuego medio o en el microondas, dejar reposar un poco
- En un bowl mezclar la crema de leche e ir añadiendo el chocolate derretido hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme y agregar el azúcar. Dejar enfriar esta mezcla.
- A nuestro vaso de café con leche añadir licor de amaretto al gusto (yo le pongo bastante) jeje
- Ahora podemos armar nuestro tirsmisú. En un envase de vidrio acomodar una capa de bizcochuelos, mojar con nuestra preparación de café con leche. Ir alternando bizcocho, crema de mascarpone, bizcocho, crema de chocolate, bizcocho. Finalizar con crema de chocolate
- Para decorar cernimos el cacao con la canela y cubrimos bien nuestro postre. Y listo puedes disfrutar con un café, o té, sin azúcar preferiblemente. Ojo la foto es una referencia, la preparación que coloqué da para un tiramisú de mayor tamaño, disfrútenlo!
