- Ponemos en el mortero una cucharadita de sal los ajos laminados el comino molido y los dos clavos, majamos hasta crear una pasta, le añadimos las almendras y seguimos majando, una vez que estén más o menos picaditas las almendras lo añadimos a la cazuela


- Pelamos y troceamos la patata como para hacer patatas fritas pero más finas queremos que se cocinen enseguida las troceamos en trozos pequeños y las incorporamos a la cazuela, una vez que la patata esté tierna les espolvoreamos perejil fresco y ya podremos servir
