- Colocamos las piezas de morralla en una olla amplia y cubrimos la base de aceite para freĆrla. Cuando estĆ© todo doradito, aƱadimos una cebolla, abundante agua y dejamos que hierva unos 15 minutos.



- DespuƩs corregimos de sal para que no estƩ soso, lo colamos y reservamos para usar mƔs tarde.

- Picamos la otra cebolla y los ajos bien finos, sin mezclarlos.

- A continuación añadimos la sepia y seguimos friendo. Cuando se empieza a dorar añadimos la cebolla.


- Cuando la cebolla estĆ” doradita, aƱadimos el ajo picado. Le damos unas vueltas durante 1-2 minutos y aƱadimos el tomate triturado. SofreĆmos todo junto durante 6-7 minutos.



- Cuando el sofrito esté listo añadimos caldo. La cantidad de caldo podéis medirla a ojo (medio dedo por debajo de los clavos de la paella) o podéis guiaros con la información del paquete de fideos. Subimos el fuego hasta que hierva.



- Cuando el caldo estĆ© hirviendo, probamos y corregimos la sal, bajamos un poco el fuego y aƱadimos los fideos! DespuĆ©s aƱadimos las gambas que tenĆamos reservadas, y en nuestro caso hemos aƱadido tambiĆ©n los cangrejos de la morralla.
