- Coloqué en un bowl las yemas ya frías, e integre batiendo con máquina el mascarpone, y sin dejar de batir, la crema. Después terminé de batirla agregándole 3 cucharadas de café diluido en un chorro mínimo de agua, hasta dejar una buena consistencia.


- Preparé café negro y mojé vainillas. Las preparé en una pyrex o fuente grande, e hice capas, de crema y de vainillas.

- Para terminar, le agregué cacao por arriba. Acá están con film para no agarrar gusto raro en la heladera. Yo tengo una familia numerosa y tuve que hacer ésta cantidad.
